"Europa": 2nd series of euro banknotes

The German Federal Bank in Frankfurt am Main gave me P002/PA notes today .

First reactions of cashiers at Barcelona Airport on Tuesday when I paid with a new :

Sorry, I don't get it. Why aren't you including E, P and S found in Austria, or E found in Germany, for example (not to mention all other countries where Europa tenners were already found)?

Unfortunately, I haven't seen any yet, so I cannot confirm such a note. Of course, it might be a as well, but the user entered it as .

It's definitely a mistake: if Z/Z tenners had been printed, why would the National Bank of Belgium bother to issue E/E tenners printed for

My guess is that it's either a Z/Z or an old T/Z.
