Reminder:

Another recurring issue [...] is that you should give a link to the note that has been entered from that missing location, as opposed to linking to a city profile which is not plotted. The cities themselves have no assigned coordinates. Their location is averaged from all the individual locations subsumed to that city. To get a city plotted, it suffices to have one individual location (city name + postal code) plotted. For locations that have no coordinates assigned, the note report page contains a handy link for the plotters for adding the coordinates. That is another reason why linking to notes instead of city profiles makes life of the plotters much easier.
