Wrong flag for french notes of the 2nd series

Since the 2nd series of euro notes was implemented, there is the

Slovakian flag shown instead of the

French one while enterning notes with serial numbers starting with EA, EB or EC...

Please correct the error, thanks

No, it is not new. This is still the result of the old flag-letters combinations of the 2002 series which hasn't been fixed up to now
