E-verzamelaar has entered this evening some bills in another nonexisting city called Retiro... which in fact is another neighbourhood in the middle of the city of Madrid, where you can find the famous park which that names the neighbourhood where it is located. I clearly doubt that this guy has ever visited the city of Madrid...

It's not uncommon to enter notes from places that have been amalgamated into a bigger city under the old name in Belgium, as to be able to be more precise to pinpoint the precise location (some cities here have the same post code for the entire city), but the examples you give do seem to be a bit too specific... Perhaps he's using something like Foursquare? I've noticed they are quite specific in their neighbourhoods. I enter notes under Laeken/Laken, and not under Brussels when I'm in that part of the city, and certainly under Anderlecht, Uccle/Ukkel, etc, but I don't go as far as to enter them under barrios such as Bourse, Stalingrad or Bockstael, so would not enter notes under Retiro in Madrid.

Finnish user Artturi I entered yesterday a bill in a place called "Las Filipinas" that initially was not located but today it appears on the Canary Islands.

According to the the zip code (03193) and the comment (Stable bar, which is placed in Las Filipinas road), the bill was really found in a town called San Miguel de Salinas.

In Norway some of the provinces (fylker) have merged in 2018 and 2020.
First there were 19, now there are 11.
They haven't been merged on EBT yet. Could someone fix this?
