The "best" bank is CIC (or sometimes Crédit Mutuel, not in all "régions"), here you can choose the kind of notes.
But no
Only and (in outside ATM)
Max 40 x

Almost all the other banks give no choice of notes...


Maybe you can choose your langage in french ATMs, but in french you have to click on "Retrait avec choix des billets"

Hi, in most BRED branches ("BRED Banque Populaire", but not "Banque Populaire Rives de Paris"), you can get 2x bills from the indoor ATM but no more that two at a time, but you can make as many withdrawals as you want.

You have to select "other amount" and enter "10€".

All standard cards are accepted (Revolut, etc.)

In in Annemasse I used an ATM from Cash Services. Apparently a similar initiative as Batopin in Belgium and Geldmaat in the Netherlands. They also offer banknote deposit possibility, but only for customers of BNP Paribas, Crédit mutuel, CIC or Sociéte Générale.

Has anyone used this already? Is it a good way for our french EBT friends to get a lot of notes without having to spend them?

I don’t think Cash Service has been mentioned in the forum yet, but it was discussed in the French channel of the EBT Discord server. I haven’t had a chance to use one yet, but it does look very interesting. The possibility to choose specific denominations of notes is not widespread yet in French ATMs

As I received some exotic country hits in the last time,
it was my desire to display the concerning country flags on the EBT profile page.
Unfortunately on the EBT profile page (signature) it is not possible to display images.
But all the country flags ARE IMAGES like https://fr.eurobilltracker.com/img/flags/France.gif

Some days ago EBT member Klapotec transfered a list of country flags (gif) into smileys.
Smileys can be very well displayed on the EBT profile page.
Just have fun with the new feature!

Note: This "country-flag-smileys" work exclusively on the EBT profile page and not here in the forum.
see-> "Smiley Flag" for the United States :flag-us: does not work here but on the profile page it will work.
