Best ATM in the Baltics

Hello folks,

I will be in Lithuania and Latvia next month. Are there banks/atms which which let you choose which notes you recieve? Or ATM's with :note-5: ?

Fivers should be available in some ATM's in both of those countries but I don't know any further details. I suggest you go through this thread (namely page 4):
