Due to a number of abusive bots we had to block some IP addresses from accessing EBT and this forum. If you have problems reaching either EBT or this forum, send us your IP address(es) via a support request or by email to contact at eurobilltracker com and we'll have a look.
All users have an IPv4 address but nearly half of EBT users have also a newer (longer) IPv6 address. If you have both, please mention both addresses in your message.
To determine your addresses, visit the following sites with the device that is having problems connecting to EBT, eg. your desktop computer or mobile phone:
https://ipv4.miuku.net/
https://ipv6.miuku.net/
The latter is only available over IPv6. If you can't access the IPv6 page, you do not have an IPv6 address.
These pages will show you your IP address and nothing more. There are also other pages which show the same information, but these are the simplest ones.
I understand there's a bit of a chicken-and-egg problem writing about this on the impacted forum, but bear with me...
