This coin was reported in circulation around 2x or 3x on the EuroCoins discord (don't know for sure). It could be that the IPZS dumped some of the 1 euro coincards into circulation, perhaps...

It's a matter of luck, but anyone can find a rare coin with a small mintage or one that hasn't even been released into circulation. In my case, it's not the first time.
