Plussaa hänelle: on suhteellisen suuri todennäköisyys, että joku muu on todellakin rekisteröinyt jonkun seteleistä joskus aiemmin (Helsingissä osumaprosentti on korkea - noin yksi 38 setelistä antaa osumia). This way, he will have the opportunity to track more banknotes from Finland, and in exchange he will give you the opportunity to register notes that came from Germany. Pros for him: there is a relatively high chance that one of the notes was indeed registered sometime before by someone else (in Helsinki, the hit ratio is high — about 1 in 38 notes give hits). Pros for Helsinki locals who join the pledge: Günter tracked 2 million notes and has a very high hit ratio too — about 1 in 70 —, so there's a good chance one of the notes he brings was also registered before by someone else, and you'll have a hit with a note from Hilden or any other Germany town.
