I never found any article about new face

Those are not official coincards released by Vatican City, but unofficial aftermarket ones produced by a company called Eurosymbols, which packages coins from rolls they buy in their own coincards. Since the new design of the Vatican City coins has not yet been released, let alone the rolls of 50 cents coins, they’ll either sell those coincards with 2025 coins in them or just put a picture of the old coin there as a placeholder. Vatican has suffered delays with their nusmatic releases since late last year to the point that they still have to issue their three announced 2€ CC’s from 2025.
