It does not add up, though. I have browsed all the town names within the postal code area, and none seems remotely similar to Google.

OK, I'm not surprised - I was giving it every ounce of goodwill I could come up with.

This is a very nice hit, but there are some coincidences that make me think...

I'm sure I spent the banknote in Italy, and it's strange that 10 years later it's being found again in Greece.
The user who found it got another hit this morning, another hit yesterday, a hit three days ago... 8 hits this year! In Greece!
This is against the odds, it is notoriously very difficult to get hits in Greece.
And almost all hits with more than 3000 days...
And in the last 10 years he's only had active hits...
His hit-ratio is very low (1:140) for a nation like Greece.

No evidence that he's a faker, but plenty of clues that make him look suspicious.

The user I'm talking about is e-collector (https://it.eurobilltracker.com/profile/?user=158517)

Testing the machine ?
Once, it's OK.
Twice, it starts to be suspicious.
Please keep an eye on these two users.

and CamPhThao : https://fr.eurobilltracker.com/profile/?user=249575 (26 notes, two hits) .
here are the two hits they share : https://fr.eurobilltracker.com/profile/ ... ser=249575

He's a banknote collector not a faker. Though I think the exchanging notes with other users part should be in the comments section and these hits are not interesting at all. There are multiple users here with exotic (unmoderated) hits where it becomes very clear those hits originate from trading notes.

But I guess it's not a priority for the EBT team right now. Their priority is to add Bulgaria to the dropdown list of EMU countries which already takes 9 months of hard work, coding and programming...

I was browsing the :flag-it: triple hits list, and came randomly across this hit :
https://fr.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=249246215
in the comments, the second guy wrote "POST SU FACEBOOK PAGINA", and the third one wrote "fb" .
So, this banknote may obvoiusly be a "public serial" banknote, just because it was published somewhere on some FaceBook page.
Anyway, the banknote ran very fastly as well. 1537km in less than 28h .
Pleace investigate.
