IV Centenary of "Don Quixote"

Post by N0W1K »

Image As you know this year we celebrate the fourth centenary of the first publication of "Don Quijote"

In this page you can see all about the celebrations that we are going to have in Spain all this year 2005.

Here you can download, for English version see on top and choose the language, "Don Quijote"

For coins collectors we are going to have a coin of 12€ commemorative and another 2€ commemorative. We don't know when we can buy them.

When you can buy them, can you buy a €2,- coin for me. Of course everything will be paid back. Please let me know,

My favorite Franz Kafka short story:

The Truth About Sancho Panza

Without making any boast of it Sancho Panza succeeded in the course of years, by devouring a great number of romances of chivalry and adventure in the evening and night hours, in so diverting from him his demon, whom he later called Don Quixote, that his demon thereupon set out in perfect freedom on the maddest exploits, which, however, for the lack of a preordained object, which should have been Sancho Panza himself, harmed nobody. A free man, Sancho Panza philosophically followed Don Quixote on his crusades, perhaps out of a sense of responsibility, and had of them a great and edifying entertainment to the end of his days.

Yesterday I bought the €2,- coin of Don quijote, but you wont believe this, I paid 2,60 for it. Stupid huh. I actually wanted to post this message yesterday because then people can decided if they also want one. Tomorrow, and maybe monday again I will go dothunting again in Barcelona, so I can pass the coinshop and have a look another look for them, for the fans. But believe me I paid 2,60 and the others prices will be like that. So it´s no problem buying them for other people but think of the price. I,m not fooling anyone, the price I pay is the price you will pay me. So please react here If you want on of those coins, and tell me how much, maximumly, you want to pay for it.

Greetings from Spain, Giberski
