I was raised with the bible, reformed, and love the book and its stories. I see them as stories with a great moral and lovely ethical challenges. I do not believe in God, nor in an institute that sort of takes the holiness of a God down to earth and perform ceremonies that are completely out of this time and not coherent with many "things" that happen in our society (like aids for instance). I am much more charmed with devotees who honour their Gods of who they are instead of what kind of goldthreaded piece of cloth they wear. I feel the same about monarchy. We have a blooming one here in Holland, and true: I did watch all the ceremonials, thinking time after time: Who are we fooling here?

Anyway, just a thought, no offence meant.
