I'm positive they're the same user.
It's very unusual a

hit.
The have few notes entered.
The comment is the same (folded in 4)...

Be carefull when saying someone is suspicious! Annie and Goldwing are both wellrespected EBT-communitymembers! Both bills could have an url on it.

I don't know for sure about this particular note, but I know that Annie has a habit of writing the EBT address on some of the notes, especially if the condition of the note has already degraded somewhat.

@Mr. Euro: I'm sorry. I did just remember some "100€ hit" and didn't check the URL mentioned by assessino. And now when I did, I see it doesn't lead to the hit but the 1 note - 1 hit user. So I was just speculating...

Generally, I hold it very rare that people dare to write EBT URL on 100€ note. So 1 not - 1 hit with 100€ notes are a bit suspicious...

@avij: OK, I'm not sure about it. I just thought she would mention such action in her comments (which are always top quality!

)...

It's possible that kaes lives in Poland, but is on a journey, when he found Annie's note with the URL written on it. Then this is OK. I know, it's pretty much impossible to confirm the case here...

but even then, sometimes users with only one note have to get hits too.

Based on the EBT hitratio 1 hit per 364 notes

30 hits by users who entered one note
40 hits by users who entered two notes
43 hits by users who entered three notes
