Sorry to open another hit thread, but IMHO this hit is a worth of own thread. Please lock if against forum policy.

Check out Rika's info from this hit. Is it EBT record?

I would say that the "record" was when a brand new user was registering his/her first three notes and got a hit with ALL of them. Later two of these were moderated but one is still in the database. After the hit this user has registered only 9 new notes. Must be quite unmotivated to continue.
