Por cierto lo que comentas de la RAE es correcto eliminan la Ch y la Ll como primera letra para ordenar alfabeticamente pero despues para ordenar palabras que la contiene si que diferencia entre C y Ch, y L y Ll

En todos los diccionarios de la Academia han tenido capítulo propio la CH y la LL y, por tanto, una palabra como "llaga" hasta hace poco iba después de "luz".
Solo desde la edición de 2001, la que actualmente está en vigor, esos dos apartados se incluyen respectivamente dentro de la CH y la LL a efectos únicamente de ordenar alfabéticamente una serie de palabras ... pero se aplica siempre, sea en el inicio, sea en interior de la palabra. Cualquiera de las siguientes series responde al orden que sigue actualmente la Academia:

LL
liviano, llaga, luz
cáliz, callo, calor

CH
ceutí, chabola, cicatriz
pecera, pecho, pecina

Ah!! yo también creo que esto, además de no ser una polémica, siempre puede resultar útil.

as you can see I put La Ñora with "L", and not with "Ñ", agreeing with the rules, but, for example, there are people who have La Jonquera (La Junquera) in the J letter. I think everybody should check their lists as I did

Good Point!!, I remember the L'Hospitalet de Llabrogat or something like that, which is used for the H for some people...

I re-read the whole topic, and still, it's not clear for me, what's the decision about the "La", "El", etc. prefixes.

Should it be

like they are listed in the spanish post-office.

Because, in the last case, I wouldn't have the "E" entry any longer in mi list.
