Not seen in 30 days?

Have there been changes made in the database about not seen in 30 days? Now all my referes have that text, even though they have entered notes in the end of August. What does this mean?

Just a small bug that got in when the page was modified to show the country flags beside the user names. Will be fixed pronto.
