Si potrebbe pensare a due graduatorie diverse: la prima "assoluta" come quella che già c'è ed un'altra, più di dettaglio, con le "ripetizioni".

When German is an official language in that part of Italy you might not ignore it.
(In Belgium we have 3 official languages, so in our A-->Z we take the name of the city in the language spoken in that area)
