Doesn't the old Yugoslavia count?

in 2003 Yugoslavia was renamed Serbia and Montenegro....so, technically it would be possible to have entered notes as Yugoslavian. But I don't know if that has been possible.

no, English is not the official languages of all countries so I would use the native languages

It's much easier to use the "EBTForum background colors" which are 'EFEFEF' and 'DEE3E7' (it depends on which post it is), maybe I'll use it in the Spanish A-Z.....
