Koria is known in the database but the place of living/entering is unknown.
Harare, zimbabwe. (breedtegraad :17° : 50 min :0 sec S,lengtegraad :31° : 30 min :0 sec E )
And they don't seem to have a postalcode to enter.
I guess thats the problem.

I hate him. Yesterday I tried to be very active and entered some 640 notes to the system. Even then I was behind his fake entries in the most active users list. IMHO is sucks seeing many many fakers ruling that chart almost daily. It's so wrong for us who are sweating our asses of while getting notes to enter; yesterday my route included 100km by car and some 12km by bicycle, all just for EBT.

So at least to me it seems it's by now purely OK by the admins to take hundreds of notes from your local bank, travel to Mongolia (or where ever), and mark them there. Maybe, just maybe, you enter some comments about the real location where you got your notes from. If your lucky, you gain some hits, which of course now point between your own country and Mongolia (or what ever). Neat hits easily, don't you think?

I would say crazy, but this is how it looks to me.
Bullshit
It's now almost a month past this conversation between me and an admin. Still absolutely nothing has been done to this!!! Even the hit is still listed as purely fair and interesting.

I just don't know where I'm wrong with the provocation above. Doing nothing seems to me like approving such action. And I'm not the only one to wonder this case a lot!

Klazu, what do you want if the note will be found again in Thailand? Then, if the note was entered as "Köln", it would be wrong because Raurakgan took the note to Bangkok himself.

Do you want that no EBTer takes notes to a different location, so that the entered location is 100% accurate for active and passive hits?
If someone takes a note from one location to the other, he has to decide which location he enters to EBT. Most people say it should (should does not mean it is a commandment) be entered at the first location. But if the user decides to use the second location and write the first into the comment, SO WHAT?

if someone enters a note in Köln and does not write in the comment that he took it to Bangkok, this is much worse!

"Do you have Buddha-nature or not?"
The cow answered: "Moo."

This is not personal, but I feel it's in order to put two details in perspective:

Fake hit, but correct flag. Please refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Zimbabwe or http://www.justfuckinggoogleit.com/sear ... babwe+flag

FVS wrote:jbill :flag-pt: is entering serials again..
Of course he does. We all do.
On page 182 of this thread, Gauss wrote:"Serial" is an adjective in the first place, meaning: "belonging to a series". It can be made into a noun; a well-known dictionary explains its meaning:
serial (noun)
1 a : a work appearing (as in a magazine or on television) in parts at intervals b : one part of a serial work : synonym to "installment"
2 : a publication (as a newspaper or journal) issued as one of a consecutively numbered and indefinitely continued
Neither applies really for our purposes.

However, the noun "serial" is most commonly used as abbreviation for "serial number". Obviously entering serials (=serial numbers) is a major way to use EBT. The problem Ralf is trying to point out is that some users invent large series (!) of consecutive serial numbers.

It is of vital importance to
1) either not omit the word consecutive, which indicates the issue,
2) or to use the word series instead of serials.

Sorry, but I can't share your opinnion, because this sounds clear to me:
mission statement wrote: EuroBillTracker (EBT) is an international non-profit volunteer team dedicated to tracking Euro notes around the world. Each user enters the serial numbers and location information for each note they obtain into EuroBillTracker. From this information, the site extracts:...
As I travelled to Sri Lanka I took several hundred Euros to Colombo. Why should I enter them as recieved in Sri Lanka? They travelled there, not more not less. As the plane was landing in Munich I would have had the choice to enter notes in Düsseldorf, Munich or Colombo, according to your opinion?

You will always lose travelling information, even if you enter the city where you spent a note.

I am of the Klazu's opinion: Raurakan is faking locations and falsifying statistics.

If the moderators don't think so, they should change the mission statement to: "enter your bills where you found or took them, just as you like".

When I spend notes abroad, I change the comment, that's all.

For me it is very clear :
"Enter the name of the country where you got the note"
The Shortcodes List/Bilan des Codes-courts recensés - website on stand-by
User Control Panel>Board preferences>Edit global settings>(1) Sélectionnez le thème "Subsilver2" pour avoir une apparence ressemblant à l'ancien forum (2) Forum en français désormais possible!

Sorry Androl, but I also support the idea of Alex&Presidente & Co. that we register the location where we get the bills, and not where we took them to. Makes the site more genuine. It the note travels, well, this is also what the comment field is for.

okay, so next time I am in Finland, I will take a lot of small bills (:note-5: and :note-10: ) from the bank, save them until I go on holiday somewhere far away (Australia or something), enter them there and have a couple of ultra-longdistance hits. in my opinion, these hits would be as fake as a 300 euro bill :!:
