I cannot enter it. Why?
Things like this happen quite often especially in smaller cities, but they're not genuinely interesting to other EBT users. Of course it might be interesting to you but the hit list would clutter up pretty quickly if all such notes could be entered in the database. It is possible to insert such entries manually (by me or webmaster) but there must be a significant reason for that -- for example six months between entries or more than 200km distance or if the note has crossed country borders.
Isn´t it an idea to extend the group of moderators, so that false hits can be deleted more quickly? Now many false hits and users remain in the list for a long time and some are likely to stay there forever! If it´s that much work to keep the lists correct, why don´t you extend the group of moderators? I´m sure there will be a lot of users willing to help keep the lists clean...
Increasing the amount of moderators isn't a good solution in the long run, I'd rather change the site so that this wouldn't be such a major problem any longer. In fact I've actually recently revoked some moderator rights because they've moderated genuine hits as fakes. There are some ways how the interesting hit list could be kept relatively tidy with the help of software alone, but discussion about those methods doesn't belong here in the public forums. You'll see ..
Cuts both ways, as they say. Genuine hits are being deleted, fake/assisted/regular (in the sense of always between same users) hits stay on the list forever.
I support Thomas; something should be done. But I've also learned to trust Avij and wait what kind of tricks he has up in his sleeve. So, let's wait.
In the meantime, Tinka has paid attention to the regular hitmen Stroker65/McGyver. (I've mentioned them in my message 1.10. and since then there are 3 more new hits between them.) Do you have any opinion on these two? Pekka Thai/Retsi have had their frequent hits deleted (well, most of them anyway, there's at least one left from 2.10.) but Eufrl/Search have at least 6 listed hits between them two.
User Marsupilami1000 made a lot of entries in non-euro zones, in his userprofile isn't a cityname, only his country (Austria)
Today he had some notes from Hungary and a few days ago a lot of notes from Slovenia
Do you think he's fake, I think it's VERY unusual to travel so much and get such an amount of notes.
All the notes which were entered in Slovenia had the comment Ä Ö Ü, that's looks kind of weird to me.

Weird, yes. Suspicious locations, maybe. But he is clearly not a serialist, and he enters only few notes for each place. And if I recall correctly, he has not entered notes for quite some time (I have a look at the Austrian rankings quite often.) So he might really have been traveling, with no internet access.
I can't see any evidence for misbehavior, and the fundamental rule in jurisprudence is to rule always in favor of the accused, when there is any reasonable doubt about his guilt ("in dubio pro reo").

what is suspicious? I know a lot of people, also from Austria, who travel every day. And Umlaute äüö are typically for the Austrian language.

So what?
I didn't know that...
So maybe he is real.
In my opinion it's great to have many notes entered from non-euro zones.
