well southern people don't spend much time in the internet...
for instance, in Portugal the majority of the users are from North Portugal....
well north portugal is still south europe to me
and Luxembourg has very little occupants (espaccially when compared to countries like spain and italy) and they haven't much notes of their own which makes it less interesting to spend time on (i think)
this is the list of entered notes including luxembourg (the other one is of the origin of the notes)
1. Germany 50548
2. Belgium 46354
3. Netherlands 24681
4. Finland 16462
5. France 11048
6. Ireland 2253
7. Austria 2032
8. Italy 1940
9. Spain 1712
10. Greece 1514
11. Portugal 1225
12. Luxembourg 595
13. United Kingdom 124
14. Canada 97
15. Switzerland 77

Well, maybe he could, but on the other hand I don't think it is really needed. Some users don't handle many notes (me, for instance ) so the additions are few, but I think every single addition is welcome no matter how rarely made. And this is just a hobby, not a duty

I completely agree with this.
You have active users.
And you have tourist users too (coming from a country outside the Euro zone). I don’t think those would be happy seeing their account deleted because they didn’t travel to the Euro zone in the last 6 months.
And of course we have the curious users all over the world. Those who are interested in the stats (scientists and journalists for instance). Some of them are users with 0 entries, but they should have regular logins.
Expresso is the most read weekly newspaper in Portugal.
The last days (since 20th) there are 11 new Portuguese EBTs, so probably, it helped ...
There are also more new Belgian EBTs ... maybe because I've posted the EBTlink to some Belgian forums
