It would look strange if my nickname was hrisu and it would be difficult to pronounce too.

I wouldn't call that a luxury. Names of persons are spoiled, of course. And texts written this way (with the replacements) look very clumsy and longer texts are hard to read or write. And it is not possible to recover a text by replacing all ue by ü, all ss by ß etc. because there are words like 'aktuell' that must contain ue etc.
