... "in a good condition" doesn't mean "uncirculated"... . Then it's very difficult to find out, where this note came from. The serial-number is rather low for a french note. It can be possible, that that note is a "real" french note. Maybe it was staying for a long time in a money-box... . So I don't think, that the note is a pooling-note for Germany by France... .joergb30 wrote:Just seen 20€ in good condition: U1219* L007E2

Today I saw this bill in (almost) uncirculated condition:
€50 X1586... P009B4.
I am not sure if it is a pooling note, because it was the only €50 bill the ATM
gave me. But the ATM gave me 3 consecutive €20 bills with serial X0972 and
shortcode P009C4, so these ARE pooling notes.

First I remark, that those notes have very high serial-numbers (nearly the highest serial-numbers of german 20 €-notes at all until now) - so it's not probable, that those notes were produced before 2003.Elmo wrote:Today I found 3 €20/P009C4/X0972... in uncirculated condition.
So it's a bit strange, because the Netherlands produced in 2003 20 €-notes by themselves... . Maybe the Netherlands produced not enough 20 €-notes for their own demand. If the notes are uncirculated and you received them in the Netherlands, they must be pooling-notes, that's certain. A producing in 2004 ist not possible, because Germany doesn't produce 20 €-notes in this year.
BTW: In a few days I'll public a list here, where we are able to see all countries, producings and values at all - so it should be easier to analyze and cataloguize the pooling-system...

But as far as I know there aren't any Portuguese €10 pooling notes, so Iaplfi wrote:In Finland user Alepub has entered portuguese 10€ notes with consecutive numbers. It seems that we have run out of 10€ notes.
have doubts if these bills are real.

That's right, Elmo - Portugal didn't produce any 10 €-pooling-notes at all until now. But that doesn't mean much... .Elmo wrote:But as far as I know there aren't any Portuguese €10 pooling notes, so Iaplfi wrote:In Finland user Alepub has entered portuguese 10€ notes with consecutive numbers. That doesn't mean much. In Germany, there were N-notes from day 1, although X produced all denominations at that time. So why should it be different in 2003?Eurocracker wrote:So it's a bit strange, because the Netherlands produced in 2003 20 €-notes by themselves...
Only "highly probable": Quite a few notes of the initial production (of 15-17 billion notes) went into the central and strategical reserves and might come now into circulation "bundle by bundle". There are always less than 10 billion notes in circulation.Eurocracker wrote:If the notes are uncirculated and you received them in the Netherlands, they must be pooling-notes, that's certain.
German notes of 2004 are not yet printed.Eurocracker wrote:A producing in 2004 ist not possible, because Germany doesn't produce 20 €-notes in this year.
What kind of tables will you publish?Eurocracker wrote:BTW: In a few days I'll public a list here, where we are able to see all countries, producings and values at all

Nearly all Dutch €20 pooling notes (P/P) are circulating in Finland. I only have
one such bill with serial P0472... and shortcode P009E5.
