What if i got a bill in a plane or on ship?
hi
we should enter the place where we got the bill, but what should i enter if i got the bill in a plane or on board of a ship?
in the german forum someone post thet there were allready bills added from people who got the bill on train.
so what do you think?

You might give the bill the address of the airport from where the plane took
off, because if you received the bill in a plane, the bill MUST have been at
that airport. In the comment field you can tell that you received the bill in a
plane.
Or you can try to avoid to get bills in a plane!

Oh yes, I know this thread from the German forum. Like there I say here that I will avoid to get bills in a plane, train, ferry etc. As I wish to spread my bills I always have a bundle of fivers with me which can be spent on such occasions. Such I will not have the trouble of having to decide which location I enter.

This topic makes me think of a more futuristic question. What if you got your bill in space?
Last track:.31-07-2007.:
I don't know about space navigation, but I suppose there should be some way to tell where exactly you are... Instead of two dimensions as we have on earth (longitude and latitude) you'd need three, and you'd need to fix a point from where you start measuring, but I suppose that shouldn't be too much of a problem.
The only question is how to feed this into the EBT system. Glad that's not my problem...

Then the red dot in the map will be in your nose and you will be hit by a line coming from your screen ;)emmem wrote:This topic makes me think of a more futuristic question. What if you got your bill in space? :?
Or maybe there will just be Three maps. First one that is our solar system pictured from "upside" (I guess you know what I mean by upside in this case) to get X and Z axises. And then another one that pictures the space's Y-axis. The third one will be a map of either the world or Europe. Then we'll just spot dots and so on :)

Like this I also solved the problem, last weekend I went to a footballmatch in London and I spent only bills of € 5 so I didn't get any other bills !Asiamaniac wrote:Oh yes, I know this thread from the German forum.
