Romeotango has explained a lot in the Dutch topic, maybe he doesn't speak English very well...

The reactions there a quite positive although some people remain sceptic. Lets see what this discussion brings us.... I'll keep everyone here updated about what's going on in the Dutch forum...

I'm still a sceptic.

There's no explenation why they didn't reacted before. The times they lost all their bills before.
Even if they don't speak english... I would have posted something on the Dutch forum.

And they keep edditing the story. It goes from 1 person to a group of ppl, then this, then that...
It's very easy to defend yourself when you can always agree with what is posted by other users above you. It's very easy to go along with sugestions they made.

I worked for a bank too (sometimes still do) and never seen a bank who keeps notes of the numbers of bills they have in the office.
And writing them down or entering them at work...
Often I didn't even got around to write one number down. I was often to busy. My work had to be done.
Sometimes (on very calm days) I got round to writing down numbers. But rarely more than 100.
Compared to the amount of numbers they claim they get from a bankemployee... I wonder what he does there... If he can sit on his desk whole days, just writing down numbers.
Also, most employees don't have acces to those amounts of bills. Only 1 person who works on the central/main register (don't really know how to call it - we call it "the box") has acces to a lot of bills. That's the place where ppl on the counters regelarly have to deposit money. For security and other reasons. And the other way around, they go there for money when they're short on cash at their counter.
And, again for security reasons, most bills are locked away. The first thing they teach you is to never have to much cash out in the open.
It would be very strange for an employee to have hundreds of bills on his desk. Most - not to say all - bosses I know would go through the roof if they saw one of their employees being so careless with money.

And the thing with Isnacht. I thought it was understood that entering your notes and then giving them to a freind so that he can enter them again is something you don't do. ????
The explenation that they're freinds and that's the reason why they have so much hits doesn't justify anything.
Infact, it makes it worse. As we all agree, I hope, that you don't do that.

There's maybe some thruth in the story. But not all, not to me. It takes a lot more to convince me.

But enough said. I'll try to let it rest.
At least I got it out of my system now. Always hate it when someone "spoils" something I like.

Just a couple of quick thoughts for you guys.

- You should trust our (avijs and my) judgement. We can spot a fake pattern from normal entries, especially when we have a sample size of millions of 100% valid notes to compare our data to (thank you ans, JRK, bhoeyb and all the many many other users). If in doubt we ALWAYS decide "pro reo", which is why romeotango got to enter 54.000 notes again (after having been convicted already once) in the first place. Do you really think we're not monitoring the database for suspicious entries?

- As always I can't and don't want to comment this case of faking, simply to not give fakers a hint of which patterns and criteria we're looking at. But consider the following - out of 249 unmoderated hits 244 were active hits from romeotango. These thousands and thousands of notes are all still lying around in a safe, eh?

- Of course you can always explain suspicious entries SOMEHOW. "Oops, I forgot to enter half of that brand new bundle until a month later." Sorry, if such alien things happen to you regularly EBT is not the place for you.

For excample i write 50 bills in 14 minutes. I know this because the men were we gonna get it, they time-checked it.
Sorry, but I have only one question. Why is it only you who give such a lot of negative mails.
I think if you go on further like this, everybody gonna know you as a person who have only negatives creations. So keep once you hand above your own head and think before you say something.

And if you still thinking that rt is a master faker. Well I will standing in front of you (face to face) to prove it.

I recently had a series of 4 hits with ZzZaspanka.

Three of them were of course moderated:
no. 1
no. 2
no. 3

I got the notes from a good friend who swears they came from a cash machine. I talked to ZzZaspanka on the forum, unfortunately she doesn't remember what happened to the notes. Given the fact that neither I nor my friend know ZzZaspanka, I think these hits could nevertheless be marked as interesting.

What do you think?

At the moment the EBT site is down. But I guess that hits 2,3 and 4 are moderated because the distance and time are the same. So, probably ZzZaspanka droped these notes at the same time at a bank - who put them back to an ATM.
The fact that 3 out of 4 hits are moderated doesn't mean they are suspisious - but simply not interresting, due to the fact that they are with the same user, with the same distance and the same duration.

Also if a hit is within 24 hours ("0 days") the system automaticly moderates hits.

Well I'm not worried Nothing is fake here, for sure.

Everyone has his own opinion about which hits are interesting or not. I was under the impression that interesting hits were those which happen between users who don't know each other. The system of course has its own rules according to which it decides which hits to moderate. I think the reason it moderates multiple hits and 0 day hits is because the probability of these hits being 'friendly' is very high. As this example shows, even 0 day hits can have an interesting story behind them

Also, all four above mentioned notes are equivalent so why should one hit be interesting and the other three not? And personally I find the fact that four notes traveled together quite interesting

But that is so untrue. On the Dutch forum ppl still express how sceptic they are. Among them ppl who are long time and well respected users.
And someome who didn’t read my post here posted the same thing about writing down notes at work and how his boss would react on that. Others even mentioned other issues and have very good points.

Again they give comment on a post made about them. But still no real explenation about their situation. It’s comment on me, not on the notes they entered and/or how they did it.

I stopped posting about it on the Dutch forum couse it turned into a: you did it… I did not… yes you did… did not… did…
kinda fight.
I’m not going to be lured into namecalling.

Very rarely negative. I didn’t posted anything negative. I just posted the thruth, reality. I’m an EBT member since 2002 and sometimes you just have to speak up for what you believe in.

Coming back to more basic evidence on a, now sure faker : Lady-Saint-Claire and her new girl-friend, Xynthia.

Please moderate this kind of hit : look at the profiles of the users (I am not speaking of Spanier_20, obviously)

Please also consider the basic rule explained in the FAQ :

"Restrictions on user defined data
You are free to pick any username you like, design your profile and comment on your tracked notes. However, we will not tolerate offensive material, in particular insults, spam or references to adult or illegal content. Also, your username should not contain email addresses or URLs. While designing your personal profile please make sure to use valid HTML code, i.e., properly closed tags.
Violations may result in an admin manually editing your data"

I believe this should be enough for deleting these two profiles.

We are open if there must be organized a mini-meeting somewhere in our neighbours. Berlin is a little bit too far away for us (smile).

But in the mean time we started again from zero. So if there are prbolems, and don't tell me or us that nombody makes mistakes, just caa us and don't wait again.

Simply because we can't smell a fake hit. We don't have all possible fakers in our mind. Most of the time we find them but some might slip through the mazes of the net. We are only human.....
Reporting these hits here in this thread really helps us finding these forgotten faked notes.
