Yes, I think you made a typing error too.

Nothing suspicious at first look, but can Jawa be that lucky, two notes, two hits? Especially when the other hit is with PV04 too.

Dutch users a.o.d. & henk Krol have 5 hits with eachother. For me it makes those hits not necessarily fake, but certainly uninteresting.

And the time between it is a bit too short too (< 19 hours)! It take about a
whole day to fly from London to Sydney, and it looks like Cairns is far away
from any large Australian city, So that would also take about 5 hours to get
there from Sydney! Too suspicious to be real!

if you check the hit , you also can check the user.
if in this info you could also see all hit hits , you could easilly see a pattern.. or am i missing this info.. perhaps it would be a good idea ;
