San Giacomo is an Autogrill area along A4-Motorway (I believe somewhere between Padova and Milano)

Lisiera is a small location west from Vincenza : it is at the tollgate of A31-motorway and coordinates are 45°34'42.67"N (latitude) & 11°36'47.79"E (longitude)
