MVNO : mobile virtual network operator

Does anyone use a MVNO ? a Mobile Virtual Network Operator without their own antennas
I use PosteMobile and i pay 11 €urocent / min = SMS tariff without set up prices and more costs http://www.postemobile.it/PosteCustomer ... moMNP.aspx

In both Finland and Germany those things are very common.
In Finland they often don't mention that they are virtual operators, though.

My German number is from a virtual operator. Interestingly enough, it is actually a virtual operator operating in the "network" of another virtual operator... My Finnish number is from a physical operator, because all of the virtual ones are using host operators that I'm boycoting.
