I think it is just a matter of time until Helsinki will join the restricted '1 Million Notes Club'. In order to have a little game here - let's guess when this note will be entered.

Until now Helsinki has entered a total of 987 176 notes and enters 3 808 notes/week.

Alternatively, you could offer all the million notes entered in Helsinki. The only catch being that he'd have to find them himself first.

Based on the enteringrate in 2009 (now almost half way), it's not likely that Tampere will be the next 1.000.000 notes city. If the enteringrate will be the same, these cities will make it to a 1.000.000 notes in the future :

So if I understood it correctly we got a new round of betting here: Which city will be the next to cross 10^6 notes?

Ok we need to go back one step: Due to the deletion of Westhighland (some 16k notes) Berlin needs to cross the 10^6 notes threshold again. At the moment Berlin is missing some 11k notes. Next to Rome Berlin is now the second city which has been banned from that club.
