Have you spent your holidays in South Tyrol, Italy? It seems that the coordinates for 39040 Margreid, Italy (Italian: Magrè) are wrong. Maybe you should change the name of the location to the Italian spelling.

As far as I know: to both.

Edit: coordinates are in the CSV-file, so you can check to find the note(s) that belong to that dot. And try to find the outlier.
