Please allow me to propose another "cleaning job".
In our statistics there seems to be a large number of users who are not users.
By this I'm refering to "users" who have never entered a single bill and have joined more than 30 days ago.
I believe such users could - and should - be removed since they show no interest and only distort the statistics.
(Just in my little city of Freiburg there are 7 such entries!)
To be discussed?
Cheers

I completely agree.
Even removing only users with no entry and registered more than, for example, one year ago would make the database really cleaner than now.
Se tu passi un posto strano che si chiama Baffalù
io non ci sarò ma tu vedrai...

Seconded.
Maybe the timeframe shall not be only 30 days, but 3 months (or 100 days) would be sufficient.

Cleaning girls job is to delete fake notes not user accounts! And its 100% sure that this users have no single fake in their note list!
This is not true. People cleaned totaly cleaned by the Cleaning Girls and not entering anymore (The learned) are on zero notes. It is a little bit strange when they get a e-mail that we remove there account from the system. Don't wake up these sleeping dogs.

I agree that these users should not distort the statistics. But I don't think it's necessary to delete these users. The solution is to exclude these users when creating statistics. I'm not even sure if this is already done when creating statistics.
