Huis ter Heide is at the wrong location.
The map says lat=:52.224024295807;long=:5.4109500646591 which is here.
Wikipedia says it is at lat=:52.1108333333333;lon=:5.25638888888889 which is here, and that is the correct location.

To the attention of german plotters: I defined the coordinates of Ostin (83703) as http://maps.google.com/maps?q=47.7455,11.7617&z=13" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, but I think that it should be added to the city of Gmund am Tegernsee.

I found out, there are two profiles for the same city: Meersel-Dreef (in Belgium).

Please merge this one into this one.
