Comments in English?

Hello everyone,
I was just wondering would it be easier if all the comments on every bill would be in English.
Now those are in English, German, French... and so on.
It's not very difficult to translate them, but anyway.
Well, this is just a proposition!

well most of them aren't that difficult to translate... except.. well.... greek and finnish
