It was hard to get notes, but finally paid off. In banks they only change euros to MKD, so i had to use exchange offices or changed 20 euro note for 5 euros MKD and got 3 fivers back. Maybe it is possible even to change euros to euros, but didn't tried it. Next time i visit my new family in Skopje i will try to do that.
