I've seen none as they don't exist. Your note should be U15.

When I looked at the short code and then at the serial number on the top right hand corner ,I thought this can`t be right.
When I looked at the serial number on the bottom left it was U........., on the top right it was T 15......
I entered both serial numbers,and in the comment section ,I stated that it was 2 halves of different notes stuck together.
I had to guess the short code of the irish
It is a pity no one found it as I would have got 2 hits for the price of 1.

First you should look at the serialnumber and than the shortcode.
