No, he is not entering public notes, he is just using the url for describing where he get his notes. So nothing suspicious at all.
FoxyGreen wrote:Also, he has such a hit with user "Dr. Westphall", who as stated above looks quite suspicious to me.
Dr.Westphall himself is suspicious, not the 99 hitpartners!

It's just five notes, so no need to worry. Maybe he entered five public serials in his "infancy" as an EBT'er...

Yes exactly.

I want to remember everyone on the point at Rules & Guidelines in the FAQ:
Abuse in general
It goes without saying that we do not tolerate made up note entries in our database and the creation of forged hits. Please note that this specifically also includes entering publicly known serial numbers and interpolated serials from bundles.

We do have means to detect such abuse and are constantly working on improving our 'defenses'. Sooner or later every faked entry will disappear from the database, so even if nothing happens to such false entries immediately this does not mean that they are forgotten or that they are being tolerated. Accounts convicted of faking will normally have all their tracked notes removed. Please don't cause us unnecessary work.
So if someone has entered such a public note and he don't want his name mentioned here, he should use the Support Request "Delete note" to clear such things from his account! Otherwise the Cleaning girls will do it someday for him ...

And if someone find a public note, please don't enter it, but send the information by mail to contact@eurobilltracker.com or use a general support request with the information, where the note was found. We will add this information to our "black" list.

Plus, there is always the possibility that a user honestly enters a note and some time later that note becomes public.

That's why we wanted to know the source.

I know these Canadian hits look suspicious, (to me as well), but when you have a look at the insertions, it looks very genuine to me!

Looks OK to me also ,if you don`t mind me saying so.
Just bundles of used notes sitting in some bureau de change.
There is even a K/T :note-5:

Although my first thought was that it was suspicious.
