In such a case it is the best proof of your innocent, to send a scan or a picture of the note (and the note before and after) to contact@eurobilltracker.com

So it could be also a digit switch made by you, couldn't it?

And because of this case - especially if i enter brandnew notes - i take care, that i have the notes still in my hand, when i send the note data to the EBT server!
