Not so much a suspicious hit, but I think the first location where this note was entered is wrong:

It reads "Berlijn" (Berlin in Dutch), but the postal code 5224BX belongs to 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands, which is also the location where the user in question, Pauldb, lives and got nearly all his other hits.

To me, this is not suspicious, just a user that doesn't know you also need to change the postcode when entering notes outside your default location.
