I see Scotland didn't make it, so I'll just have to support Italy again.... :(

1.) Unbelievable that Germany is that lucky again. Good chance to reach at least the round of sixteen.

2.) Now I finally know for which two games I paid 130 EUR in April 2005. It will be Brasil vs. Croatia in Berlin :D :D and Spain vs. Ukraine in Leipzig. Hurray! I am glad it is not Ecuador vs Costa Rica!!!!

You mean Brasil. Brasília is a city :P

I hope Portugal gets as far as it did in Euro 2004  But maybe that's asking too much.

England is always on a high rank with the bookmakers, but I usually find the British team very disappointing in the big tournaments to be honest. Same holds for Holland by the way. We're nearly always among the favourites, but our last success was in 1988. Well anyway, I hope both England and Holland will do well at the world championships.

Me too! I like the Netherlands and their fans - when the whole ground turns orange!! I really think that Netherlands will do well, and 17-1 is maybe a good bet....

(BTW: I had a quick look, and I think the English Premier League contributes more players than any other league.... I'm not sure what that means - maybe we just have too many players here!)

I hope that Portugal - Angola won´t be a replay of what happened in Nov/2001, a friendly game that finished on the 68th minute, with a result of 5-1 and Angola with 7 players.. and some viollence on and off the pitch

Mexico is a very good team, and Iran can also surprise everybody!

I have no favourite team (apart my home country!), I just want to watch good matches and plenty of goals :D
