Eu sempre fui de opinião que este tópico é interessante, mas deve ficar agregado ao Guia... ou seja, colocar parte do título do guia em inglês e apontar depois para este, mas não tornar este peganhento. Demasiados peganhentos acabam por ser contraproducentes... É uma opinião, claro...

Sou obrigado a discordar, porque encontrar este tópico no guia, o utilizador tem que ser adivinho.
Outros fóruns têm este tipo de tópico em não sticky e o resultado disso é posts em inglês em tópicos que não têm que ver com o assunto.
Mas isto é a minha opinião.
Também concordo que 4 pegajosos perdem relevância

Eu acho que este tópico devia ficar fixo. Em consequência disso o do Off-Topic podia ser "desafixado" pois a julgar pelo numero de páginas que já tem irá ficar sempre no topo, pois haverá sempre alguém que lá vá dizer alguma palermisse

Além disso o mais provável (e lógico a meu ver) é o tópico do Shop-Shop ser apagado/"desfixado" depois do acontecimento, sobrando assim uma vaga para os fixos.

O Off-Topic é que nunca pode deixar de ser peganhento, pois ele existe para que o pessoal não encha os outros tópicos com "lixo". Ou seja deve ser um dos que o pessoal vê à cabeça. A não ser assim as 151 páginas que já tem estariam distribuídas por tudo o que é tópico (dá para imaginar a trabalheira que iam dar ao lobo mau). E se ele tem estas páginas todas é precisamente por estar no topo, bem à vista de todos...

Quanto aos tópicos dos encontros, por sistema eles apenas estão peganhentos durante a organização dos eventos. É essa a prática habitual. Logo que passe o evento e a publicação de eventuais fotografias ele será colocado em normal, como já aconteceu com todos os outros, como podes ver aqui.

Concordo plenamente com o MetalAtog, a meu ver este tópico deve estar sticky...
Estive a ver outros foruns e o tópico está como sticky na Itália, França, Espanha e Eslovénia.

Como isto é uma pequena (que todos gostaríamos de ver grande) democracia, já coloquei este tópico como peganhento. Quanto ao falar inglês, penso que o mais urgente é decidir/melhorar o formato do tópico, nomeadamente a mensagem de acolhimento. Portanto não vejo mal falar português nesta fase inicial, mas claro que logo que as coisas estejam definidas será obrigatório falar noutras línguas que não o português. Algumas questões/sugestões:

1. Opta-se apenas pelo inglês ou permite-se também o francês?

2. É preciso definir a escolha do título. Porque isso do "forumers" é coisa de franceses e não de ingleses.

Enviaram-me a sugestão de que eu gostei muito "Comments from/to non-pt users" ou "Comments from/to non-portuguese users".

3. Eu gostaria de ver incluída no título uma frese do tipo "vejam a primeira mensagem do tópico para informações sobre o fórum português". Isto porque como todos sabemos a porta de entrada nos tópico é frequentemente pelo fim e não pelo início. Ficaria qualquer coisa como,

4. Finalmente é preciso colocar a informação mais relevante para os "de fora" no tópico de entrada. O M0M0 já fez um excelente trabalho a esse respeito, mas todas as sugestões são bem vindas.

5. Para finalizar agradecem-se todas as sugestões para melhoramentos ao inglês, tarefa para a qual eu não me proponho, pois o meu inglês não é assim tão perfeito.

Não estou a dizer mal do inglês do M0M0, mas pode-se sempre melhorar...

Hi! A friend of mine bringed me 3 bills from Lisboa; I ask him the zip code, but he did not know.
I saw that bills insered from Lisboa may have very different zip code: 1150, 1250, 1300, 1600... I suppose one of them is the zip code of the downtown and the others of the border.
May you tell me what is the correct zip code of Lisboa center?

It depends.... Lisboa center has too many zip codes. Don't you know the street's name? Or the zone? It will help us.

No, I don't... it doesn't exist a generic zip code?

If not, I will insert the notes with the zip of a central street or square; I saw that central zones are Sacramento, Sao Nicolau, Madalena... maybe I can use the zip code of one of those areas...

1100 is only an aproximation because I don't know the exact point, but I think it's an acceptable approximation

In my opinion the correct was register the note in the place that you had the first contact with the note, and in the comment write that was a note from Portugal.

But thats just my opinion in my bad english...
