No, that's false... many of them are writen "out of order" also!!

the usual image on screen has publicities and the mascot of multibanco..

I couldn't find any images of Finnish ATMs with google image search.
Too bad I don't have a digital camera, I would go and take a picture of one to post it here

Yeah, It's hard to find a picture, without a person standing in front of the ATM

All the cash machines in our branch went empty today, only the deposit machine was open, nearby Credit Lyonnais, Societe Generale, CCF, Credit Agricole ATMs were empty also, very strange.

There were long queues at the counter this morning and afternoon.

When I left a hour ago, I drove around Paris to look at the ATMs, most of the cash machines in the Champs-Elysses were empty but in other sections of Paris ATMs were functioning. Our ATM is still empty, but is expected to be restocked through the night. There were a surge of tourists in the Champs-Elysees area these few days. Some tourists came in to ask for credit card advances.
