Hi,
I don't know how easy it could be done, but maybe... I saw that the country flag is dislayed next to the serial and plate number. So could it be done to also display the signature of the guy? I mean Jean-Claude Trichet or Wim Duisenberg somewhere?

If you had a way of ascertaining which serial numbers have which signature, then it could be done. Since no sure-fire method exists (one printer admitted that even they couldn't say for sure which plates they printed had Duisenberg and which Trichet!), it won't be done.AssetBurned wrote:I don't know how easy it could be done, but maybe... Re: Idea for the new notes page
hm i thought that the combination between plate number and serial should be enough to give us this information.
something such as:
P001a1 and X0000000001 to P010Z9 X0000009999 has the old signature and everything out of that has the new signature.
but if the guys who printed the bills messed up the paper before they printed the serial number... aaahhh crap.
