I really would like to know our opinion... What do you think about the project of Constitution, written by the Convention?
I am disappointed. I don't feel more democracy in the project.
The Convention wants a president for the Council, called "chairman": I don't know what a chairman is, neither what he will have to do.
Can we now consider that the president of the Commission is a bit like a prime minister? So, why are there one commissionner by state? Is the Commission a kind of a european government?
I don't understand neither why there would be a ministry of foreign affairs without any government
I am disappointed.
It's high time to get a real federal constitution!
