I've seen links like http://nl.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?ta ... G;d=20;n=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; which shows all G/G notes. But I've not seen a place where these options are described.
Is there a list of what all these options do and what options are available? Is there for instance a possibility to see all notes for a certain place?

AFAIK there are only 2 URL parameters which you have to know and manually add and which cannot be reached from some stats section and filter selection.
One is the famous dotcount=1 to the dotmap URL, the other allows to filter inactive users from rankings (inactive=1).
Your example is available through the table note stats. It is possible to view notes from a specific country, but not any other aggregated locations.
