Try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and it would help if you run that on Windows (just guessing you are using Win) Safe Mode.
To get to the safe mode press F8 repeatedly when starting computer. Not sure is it f8 in your computer, but in most cases it is, if the f8 don't work try other F-buttons when starting.
