Hey,

I just discovered this. Just a cool way to organize real life meetings. How about we tried to organize one in the main cities ? Anyone curious ?
I think Paris and Brussels at least have lots and lots of users, it could be fun.

Anyway, let's try to agree on a naming policy for the meetups: let's call them eurobilltracking-cityname such as

• eurobilltracking-paris

• eurobilltracking-brussels

and put them in the ... humm... entertainment ? Game ? Financial ? Topic ?

Sure but this just makes it easier since it allows everyone to vote on the location for the meeting and to see who is likely to show up. It may also give us some publicity since the service is starting up and people will be browsing the listings...

Well, I guess it's rather hard to find a decent place...
People from Finland can't come unless they take a plane to Paris or Brussels... And I don't think anyone would that
I'm afraid that a EBT meeting will stay a little meeting between maybe 2 or 3 people....

I think that's sort of the point of the site actually : you setup a "topic" and then you set a date. Then people in a given city vote on where to meet so what you really get is local communities with mutual interests...

Well it also could be :
- an education (you have to track Euro bills or you’ll never grow up )
- a game (getting the most bills entered to get high in the rankings. Or some kind of lotto to get a hit)
- a new religion (EBT is great. EBT works in mysterious ways)
- a sport
- an addiction (has a corresponding support group called Eurobilltrackers Anonymous )
