I don't actually have a car of my own -- I live in central Helsinki and the services provided by Helsinki City Transport are quite sufficient for me. For 24.80€ a month I get access to buses, trams, local trains, ferries to Suomenlinna and the metro. HCT has been ranked high in public transport ratings, see
the press release .
I voted for Europe anyway, as the cars that I've been driving recently have all been European.

My family has a glorious tradition of Fiat cars.
My daddy has a Fiat Marea, my mummy a Fiat Punto (the latter fully equipped with CD changer and GPS
)

... out of the tunnel: I'm an enthusiastic subway user. Always lived in cities (Hamburg, Berlin) where no car is necessary.
BTW, Nicola, is it true that Venice will get a metro?

Well, I am still learning.
Will probably get my Granddad's car, a Rover. I would prefer a Renault, though.

All the Italians love Fiat.
I have had a Fiat Panda... hard for the long trips! I can drive easily to Amsterdam or south of France with my Toyota Yaris. I like this car.

My first car was a white Volvo 340, then a green one. After that I had a dark green Mazda 121 and at the moment, I have a kind of brown Renault 19. I don't know a lot about cars and don't care about cars. As long as they are save for driving and usefull, it's OK for me.
Anyway, it's quit expensive to have one
, but probably, that's the way it is in whole of Europe
.
