EBT support alive?

Post by marty44 »

Hello all,

I have an open support request since 17th March. Till now no response :(

Question: is the EBT support team still there?

Many thanks for feedback

Support is alive but your request cannot directly be handled by support (the capability to change the links is someone else's) - so it takes time.
