You're not alone. There are 2028 notes registered on 1990-094 and only 60 on 1990-206. Both postal codes are geolocated on the same exact coordinates, though. The wrong one for the shopping center is good for the dwelling buildings on the same block, and should in fact be used only for those.

I look at the whole Parque das Nações area as one big trap, all those terrible "lote" numbers that they inherited from the World Fair, it's just awful. I believe the (few) notes I've obtained at Gare do Oriente over the years aren't 100% correct either.

I remember the shop was in the north side of the following streets between Rua Augusta and Rua da Prata: Rua de S.Nicolau, Rua da Vitòria, Rua da Assuncau and Rua de Santa Justa. The postal code 1100-550 is correct for one of these streets

I don't see the number on the door but I can see a piece of a flag on the entrance of this shop

Easy. That's the building with door numbers 26 to 32, as you can on the official SIG for Lisbon.

Now on the Post Office site, you can check postal codes. Rua de São Nicolau, From 2 To 112, the postal code is 1100-549.

Most likely yes. GIS (Geographic Information Systems) are nowadays a very common thing, used by many municipalities (not only of big cities), and made publicly available by many of those. Some are better than others. The one for Lisbon is indeed very good.

Now, if you want to access some GIS for some town, you'll have to know beforehand what GIS is in that country's language. You may check that on the Wikipedia articles for Geographic information system in other languages. For instance, if you click on Italiano, you'll go to Sistema informativo territoriale, where the mentioned acronym is SIT, as you would expect.

Then, you just have to google [ SIG Paris ] or [ SIT Venezia ] for example. If you understand the local language or use some online translator like Google Translate, you will probably be able to follow the appropriate links and get to the local GIS. Here's the one for Paris:
